After reading an article on wardriving and the iphone’s use of open and unsecured wifi networks, should there be questions about the partnership between Apple and Skyhook Wireless? Could the owner of a wifi network file suit against Apple and Skyhook Wireless (the company behind the iPhone’s location tracking abilities) for adding their networks to a list of available networks without permission?
