Added this to my Apple Store Feedback survey.
It would be great is you guys could make customers more aware of the NEW check-out process. That snazzy app you guys are running on the iPod Touch to help customers pay for their purchase is awesome but customers still believe they have to stand in line to finalize their purchase. I knew about the iPod touch check-out thingy so I was in & out in less than a minute, but I saw others with pending purchases weaving in & out of the line for people waiting for help at the Genius Bar.
Now I know that Apple store employees sometimes get hung-up assisting customers who are simply there to kick the tires, but customers with pending purchases should be made “more” aware of this awesome NEW check-out process.
