MotionX GPS
Used MotionX, which is a voice based turn by turn GPS navigation iPhone app yesterday. Once I figured out the menu and tools the app was a joy to use and listen too as it guided me along my way towards my final destination. The app followed my position down to a few meters and sometimes it felt like it even knew what lane I was in….wow! I really loved how it tells me when I’ve reached my final destination - even telling me what side of the street my final destination was on….sweet! The voice voice feature cost $30 per year bet the app works fine without it I’m sure - but once you’ve used it with voice enabled it’s hard to live without it….I’ll gladly pay the $30. You can also play music in the background while using MotionX but I didn’t get around to trying that. This app us a keeper!
